Access to investment is becoming increasingly democratized, for retail investors, thanks to the rise of digital. However, investment platforms must pivot to becoming human experience (HX) platforms for this democratization to be sustained. In this webinar, we will explore how this can be achieved through a behavioral science lens and what the implications for customers’ digital identities are.
